There are many industries out there that make money from retards, self help, religion, homeopathy, get rich quick schemes, internet marketing and so on. Another industry that proves that fools and money are quickly parted is the diet industry.
If there’s one thing worse than a retard, it’s a fat retard. For years, companies have been taking money from fat people and lining their pockets to become fat themselves.

There is so much shit out there about diets that it would make any sane person want to stuff 10 Big Macs down their fucking throat and puke their guts out afterwards. All over TV and other media we see it. Practically every TV show aimed at a female audience will have segments to do with dieting. Commercials about diets are everywhere. There are hundreds of thousands of websites about diets.
But here is the best part: diets do actually work. Unlike homeopathy, which is 100% complete and utter bullshit, most of these diets work when adhered to. The last 3 words of the last sentence are crucial.
The problem with fat bastards is that they don’t follow whatever diet they’re on and therefore they won’t lose the weight. What happens in most situations is the fat bastard will follow the diet for a few weeks and maybe even a few months. Then they lose weight and everything is going fine. Usually the fat bastard will set a target weight. When they reach that weight they have achieved their goal.
What does the fat bastard do next? Yup, they reward their hard efforts by slobbing out like a pig. To do this as a once off is fine. But what invariably happens is the fat bastard doesn’t have the discipline to stick to the diet. Within a short period of time, fattie is fatter than he has ever been and comes to the conclusion that the diet he was on didn’t work. Fattie will either totally give up on losing weight or else he might try another diet.
Of course fattie was wrong about the diet. The diet worked. He lost the weight and reached his target. What didn’t work was his self control. He just went back to his old bad habits of eating too much.

For people like this, it doesn’t matter what diet they go on, they’ll always end up being fat because they fail to address the real issues.
There are two fundamental issues with fat people. The first is simply the bad habit of eating too much. The second is the image they create for themselves. When a person starts becoming fat they put the fat label on themselves. They can’t see themselves as anything other than fat. The fat kid becomes the fat adult because that’s how it was meant to be in their mind. This makes it really difficult for fattie to break the bad habit.
It’s very simple. The more you eat, the more fat you gain. The trick for everyone is to burn as many calories as you consume. It’s just common sense.
Doctors say it all the time, “eat less and exercise more.”
And it doesn’t matter how many times it’s said, it still doesn’t fully register with some people. But even when people do fully understand, they will still go out and sabotage themselves because of the inner issues they have in their mind.
And that’s what it all boils down to, it’s all mental. All the food fat people eat is a direct result of the thoughts in their head. Their fat bodies aren’t the problem, the fat body is just the result of what the real problem is, the mind.
I cited the self help industry as one that takes money from retards. It’s similar to the diet industry because a lot of it does actually work but once again it comes down to the individual applying what they learn. Self help is all about your mind and thoughts. The application of both self help and a sensible diet plan for a fat bastard will work if they apply what they learn. But most people don’t apply it.
I mentioned a ‘sensible’ diet in the last paragraph. What I mean by that is one in which a person cuts down on the amount of food and the type of food to a sustainable level. Basically it’s a longer process, progress is relatively slow but the person slowly develops a healthy eating regime.
Some diets out there are guaranteed to end up in tears. These are similar to another industry I cited at the start of the article, get rich quick schemes. In the case of these diets, the word rich is replaced with thin.
One such diet is these milkshakes. The dieter buys a concoction in powder form and turns it to liquid by adding water which ends up like a milkshake. This is all they consume for the duration of the diet. The results are quick and dramatic. Technically these are actually the best diets, but in reality they are the worst.
As soon as the person comes off the diet all hell breaks loose. After starving himself for weeks and in some cases, for months, the person goes straight back to the old habits. All the self talk of changing habits go out the window and the fat bastard ends up being a huge tub of lard quicker than you can say milkshake diets are for fat slobs who are retarded.
They are the worst diets because the faster a person loses the weight, the faster they will gain it all back. And also because the diet is a lot more punishing than the slow burn diets. The result ends up being a crushing blow because all the sacrificing and suffering was a complete waste.
Damn, if only there was a homeopathic dieting remedy that worked. Then the world would be rid of fat fuckers who waste their money on diets that don’t bring the desired results because they themselves don’t work.

Yeah, you’re right. Diets do work. As a fat person, I’ve been on a couple and they did work, and then I felt so deprived once I got close to my target weight that I went back to eating the junk that most Americans eat. And I gained the weight back plus some.
But your rant is totally one-sided. If you spent even a half-hour researching obesity and its scientific causes, you would realize that there are lots of reasons fat people overeat (or sometimes don’t overeat and are fat anyway). There are even doctors who believe it’s a virus! Do I believe it’s a virus? No. But I’m just not willing to go back to 1200 calories/day for a year or more, which is what it would take for me to get back into “okay” (not even “great”) shape. I doubt most thin people would be willing to do that for even a week. Maybe they would. I’m not sure.
It seems like fat people are always on a diet. I got off that treadmill, so to speak, years ago. I guess I’d rather be a “fat fucker,” as you put it.
